WHY HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER?
A wedding planner is a great resource to have by your side as you plan the biggest day of your life. I will be your biggest advocate and work personally with you to ensure you have peace of mind that your wedding day is in great hands. I will take care of all details, big and small, giving you time to relax and enjoy your wedding planning process.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU MEET WITH YOUR CLIENTS AND WHERE?
I will meet with my clients as many times as necessary to get the job done well. I am lucky to be able to give all my couples access to the greatest wedding planning software complete with detailed checklists, timelines, budgets, style guides, calendars and much more. This is a great resource for all your wedding planning needs. All information, meetings and documents will get put into the system so you and anyone else can have access. This makes everything more organized. Communication is key! Whether is be about hair, makeup, invitations, or seating charts, when in doubt, pick up the phone for a conversation or meet me in person.
DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF PREFERRED VENDORS AND REFERENCES?
Yes, I do! There are many great vendors in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas and choosing the right vendors can be overwhelming. I have specifically handpicked vendors, from all categories, that I know and trust. These vendors are easy to work with and reliable, which are two important qualities to ensure your day flows seamlessly. Even though you do not have to use my preferred vendors, they are a great starting point in our planning process. I can help make your budget go further with my key connections.
I pride myself in having good reviews and recommendations for my work. I am happy to pass along references for clients that want to get to know me better.
DO YOU HAVE SET PRICES OR ARE YOUR PRICES NEGOTIABLE?
My current prices are non-negotiable. I am happy to work with your budget to create custom coverage for your event. Day-of Coordination is a flat fee for hourly coverage. Your investment in Emily Ventura Designs is an investment in your personal time and resources. I can't wait to help make your event run as smoothly as possible.
ARE YOU A FULL TIME WEDDING PLANNER?
Yes, and it's amazing! When I started my business, it was a part time venture. Though I was extremely capable of getting all my work done, I am now afforded the opportunity to spend more time doing what I love. When I am not planning weddings, I am participating in styled shoots, taking online courses and meeting vendors to help expand my knowledge base.
IS EMILY VENTURA DESIGNS A FULLY INSURED COMPANY?
Yes, it is. My company is not only a registered LLC but fully insured as well. I carry all the necessary liabilities to protect myself and my employees, assistants or contractors. After all a safe event is a good event!
WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR PERSONAL TOUCHES?
I love taking care of my clients by saying thank you! I often send my couple opportunities to get coffee on me, little gifts in the mail and cards throughout the year. I want my clients to know that I am always thinking of them and I appreciate earning their business. I am also extremely detailed oriented, so hiring me guarantees that your event will be unique and special to you.
DOES EMILY VENTURA DESIGNS TRAVEL?
YES! I love traveling especially for weddings. I love seeing new venues and working with new vendors, plus who doesn't like a little getaway? Any applicable travel fees associated with your event will be discussed at your initial consultation.
